Spread across three floors and offering an impressive 455 m² of living space, the house provides exceptional comfort and plenty of room for families or groups of friends to enjoy their holiday together. There are four elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, including one bathroom with a freestanding bathtub.
The spacious living room with a fireplace invites you to enjoy cosy evenings, while two fully equipped kitchens and a large dining area make preparing and sharing meals a pleasure. A special feature of the house is its traditional entertainment room, complete with an open fireplace, barbecue equipment and a traditional peka cooking setup. It is the perfect place for long dinners and memorable evenings together.
One of the highlights of the house is undoubtedly the covered outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the lake, available throughout the year. For additional relaxation, there is a private Finnish sauna, while guests who like to stay active even on holiday can make use of the mini gym. The house also features two terraces and two garages.
Fužine is an excellent starting point for exploring Gorski Kotar. Lakeside walks, cycling, hiking and excursions through the beautiful mountain forests offer plenty of opportunities for an active holiday. And whenever you feel like spending a day by the sea, the beaches of the Kvarner coast are close enough for a day trip.
With so much to enjoy, however, you might not feel like going anywhere at all. A morning on the terrace, an afternoon in the sauna, dinner in the traditional entertainment room and an evening in the jacuzzi overlooking the lake.
