Secluded accommodation in a dense forest
The sounds of the forest, the scent of pine trees and the starry sky create the perfect atmosphere for a romantic holiday in the heart of the Varaždin region.
We recommend houses located in a dense forest, far from neighbors and the hustle and bustle of the city. With comfortable accommodation and a private jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a day spent walking or cycling in nature.
Houses with a view in Varaždin villages
Spend a day with your family in a house located in the picturesque villages of the Varaždin region with a beautiful view.
We recommend combining an active holiday in nature with relaxation and socializing, enjoying local gastronomy and the authentic atmosphere of the village.

Baroque charm and natural beauty of Varaždin
Discover historic Varaždin, Trakošćan Castle and the picturesque hills of this charming corner of Croatia.
On the edges of the Zagorje hills on one side, on the banks of the Drava River on the other and in contact with the Podravina plain on the third, lies the Varaždin region.
Its center is the city of Varaždin, which is often called “Vienna in miniature”. However, Varaždin and its thousand-year-old Old Town and beautiful historical architecture are only part of the charm of this baroque Croatian city.
An indispensable stop for every visitor to this region is Trakošćan Castle, the most famous and certainly one of the most beautiful castles in Croatia, where authentic interiors from the 19th century are available for viewing. It is located on a hill next to a large lake surrounded by a promenade.
Discover the region where the famous Varaždin Baroque Festival is held every year, attracting visitors from all over Europe.
For those who love active holidays, there is Ravna Gora, which offers an impressive view of the valley and numerous paragliders. On the slopes of Ravna Gora there are numerous streams and caves, the most famous of which is certainly the Vindija cave, where the remains of a Neanderthal man were found.
For those looking for a challenge, there are several trails to the top of Ivanščica, the highest mountain in northern Croatia, from where in good weather the view reaches all the way to the Slovenian Alps.
True adventurers will certainly find it difficult to resist a descent along the “European Amazon”, as the Drava River is affectionately called due to its winding course and the surrounding untouched nature.
A visit to the Varaždin region is not complete without trying some of the local specialties of the region: we recommend enjoying a warm Varaždin klipić, a Vidovec gibanik, or homemade pumpkin oil preparations.
